<p>It isn&#8217;t too bad, if you used some auto installer such as Fantastico, but all you spammers out there with hundreds of blogs might be a bit p*ssed off!</p>
<p>It is important to upgrade though &#8211; this upgrade focuses on security issues.  You don&#8217;t want to get your site defaced or anything, do you :)</p>
